Stocco Sauvignon Blanc IGT.
After the initial fermentation in stainless steel the wine rests on its ‘lees’ for 6 months. It has classic Sauvignon aromas backed by a refreshing acidity. This is a racy Sauvignon Blanc demonstrating just how well the variety does in the cool-climate found in the vineyards of the gravely flatlands of Friuli.
