Founded in 1983, SHAMBLES is a family-run Italian restaurant known for seasonal cooking, handmade pasta, serious wines and warm hospitality. We work with outstanding ingredients, trusted suppliers and a long-standing team that genuinely cares about what leaves the kitchen and lands on the table.
We’re looking for a strong Chef de Partie with experience in fresh food kitchens and a genuine interest in Italian seasonal cooking. You’ll need to be organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced service. We prepare everything fresh in house, so attention to detail and pride in your work matter here. Experience with fresh pasta, butchery or high-volume service is advantageous, but attitude and consistency count for just as much.
We’re also looking for experienced Front of House team members who can deliver relaxed, knowledgeable hospitality while maintaining high standards during busy services. An interest in Italian food and wine is a bonus – especially if you enjoy learning about wine – but full training will be provided.
