Recognised for our wine-by-the-glass programme and innovative use of Coravin technology, the feature highlighted how an independent neighbourhood restaurant in Teddington is helping guests discover exceptional wines one glass at a time. With over 40 wines available by the glass, many poured using Coravin, our wine list continues to be built around curiosity, exploration and great hospitality.

With over 40 wines available by the glass and a strong focus on discovery, Shambles has become known for offering guests access to rare, premium and small-production wines through Coravin technology.

Our wine programme also features regular private and public tasting events.
The Willow Review – Selected by Small Business Britain to feature in The Willow Review. A government-backed initiative exploring how sustainability can support long-term business success. The film was later featured at the House of Lords.
Featured on BBC News Breakfast – In support of the national Small Business Saturday campaign, championing independent hospitality businesses in the lead-up to Christmas during both 2024 and 2025 seasons.

Family Business & Independents (FBI) – Massimo was a member of the Family Business & Independents forum, helping facilitate cooperation between the hospitality sector and Government through quarterly meetings at Whitehall. The initiative worked alongside MPs, the Department for Business & Trade and HM Treasury to help shape solutions supporting the UK Hospitality Strategy.
