Massimo will work closely with each client to create a bespoke menu tailored to the occasion, the season and your guests’ tastes. Whether you’re looking for elegant canapés and sharing boards for a drinks reception, a relaxed al fresco buffet for a garden party or a refined multi-course dinner for a special celebration, we have the expertise and creativity to deliver something truly memorable.
Every private catering package is written from scratch and tailored specifically to your needs. We don’t do one-size-fits-all.

Canapés & Drinks Receptions – A selection of handcrafted canapés, Italian sharing boards and aperitivo-style drinks service. Perfect for corporate events, weddings and garden parties.
Buffets & Sharing Menus – From rustic Italian sharing plates and handmade pasta bowls to wood-fire grilled meats and fresh seasonal salads. Relaxed, generous and always delicious.
Sit-Down Lunch & Dinner Parties – Bespoke multi-course menus for more formal occasions. From intimate dinner parties for 10 to seated dinners for larger groups, every dish is prepared with the same care and attention to detail you’d expect from a restaurant kitchen.
Weddings & Celebrations – Full catering packages for weddings and large-scale celebrations, including bespoke menus, drinks service and front of house support.
Massimo loves to let the ingredients do the talking. Sourcing the finest quality fresh seasonal produce from the British Isles and Italy, with some ingredients grown in Shambles kitchen garden. The pasta is handmade, bread is baked fresh and desserts are crafted with the same love and attention as every other part of his kitchen. We’re passionate about sustainability and we work only with producers who share the same values – from the fishmongers and butchers to wine suppliers.
Based in Teddington, Greater London, we’re happy to travel across Richmond, Kingston, Hampton, Twickenham, Wimbledon, Putney and the surrounding areas. For larger events further afield, please get in touch to discuss logistics and we’ll do his best to accommodate.
