Franciacorta, Blanc de Blancs “Monte Rossa” DOCG.

Franciacorta is probably Italy’s finest of Sparkling wines. This particular Franciacorta is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand and uses similar techniques as in Champagne. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels, under controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for around 24 months before being released on the market.

The aromatic profile is heightened by rich, fruity, floral scents and refreshing hues. It’s elegant, creamy and long-lasting on the pallet.
