House Focaccia Loaf

The rustic loaf that we all know and love.

An artisanal bread, made with love and passion. The dough is hand-made using only the highest quality flour, it has a long fermentation process using a ‘biga’, similar to sourdough which gives it it’s unique bubbles and crust.

Using this technique the bread can stay fresh for 2/3 days – unlike commercial yeast baked breads.
