A purely natural product, completely without additives or preservatives. Medium fat and gluten free.
Perfect grated on pasta, sauces, pizza, soups or salad, chunked and served with balsamic vinegar or with a glass of wine.

Grana Padano has an antique golden rind and the interior is straw-coloured.
The texture is hard granular with some crystallisation, it has slightly more moisture to its cousin ‘Reggiano’, the flavour is fruity/nutty.
