N’duja is a typical artisan salami of Calabria prepared with trimmings of pancetta, shoulder and guanciale with the addition of salt and hot peppers from Monte Poro.

It’s great when spread onto a bruschetta, added to tomato sauce, charcuterie board or popped on a pizza.
