Flavoured with coffee and chocolate, the alternating layers of biscuits are drizzled in Vergnano coffee, Marsala wine and Disaronno, then covered with a light and airy mascarpone sabayon. On top, dark cocoa and crunchy amaretti biscuits.

N.B The cocoa is supplied on the side you will require a sieve to dust the chocolate over the top.
